These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of any products, including physical/digital books, coloring pages, and activity pages (collectively, "Products"). By accessing this site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

This website is operated by Maggie Dye and Amber Hernandez, a partnership based in Bloomington, Illinois, doing business as Henry & Stanley Books.

2. Products and Pricing

• All  Products described on this site, including books and downloadable coloring/activity pages, are offered for sale as described.
• Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.
• We make reasonable efforts to display accurate information, but we do not guarantee content is error-free.

3. Digital Downloads

• Downloadable coloring and activity pages are available for personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise stated.
• Upon clicking the Download button, you will receive access to the downloaded files.      
• You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publish (online or in print) any downloadable content, in whole or in part, without our express written permission.

4. Physical Products (Books)

• We aim to ship physical book orders within TBD of purchase.
• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
• Risk of loss and title for physical Products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Payment

• Payments are processed securely through TBD. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
• By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Refunds and Returns

• Physical books: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us within 3 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this site, including but not limited to text, illustrations, characters, designs, the "Spec-tacular Adventures" brand, and downloadable coloring and activity pages, is owned by Maggie Dye, Amber Hernandez, and Eryn Rask and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
• Upload or transmit viruses or harmful code
• Infringe on our intellectual property rights or those of others

9. Mailing List

If you sign up for our mailing list, we will use your email to send updates about new books, activities, and events. You may unsubscribe at any time.
